Eggs with radish and avocado

Quick breakfast recipe - tasty both warm and cold
eggs with radish and avocado


Ingredients:

1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
3-4 radishes cut thinly
4-5 cherry tomatoes 
1 avocado, cut in cubes
dill weed or other fresh herbs to taste
2 eggs


Directions:

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Sauté radishes and cherry tomatoes for a few minutes then add eggs. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve with small pieces of avocado and finely cut dill weed or other fresh herbs on top.
